I have practiced as a therapist and counsellor for several years, working with groups and clients on an individual basis.
As a result, I am comfortable working with the broad range of concerns that people bring to therapy, including:

I attained an MA with distinction in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling, and an additional Post Graduate qualification, an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy. I trained at Regents University, London, where now teach and lecture on the Masters program.
My approach draws from numerous theoretical positions including gestalt, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychoanalysis.
I am an active member of the Society for Existential Analysis, a fully accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, the largest professional body for counselling and psychotherapy in the UK.
I adhere to the codes of ethics and codes of practise of both the BACP and UKCP.
